Michelle McKee, CSPC

Michelle joined North Coast in November 2003 after an impressive career with an interior building products company where she supported a large department of outside sales reps. Her role at North Coast is a Project Manager, assisting in the recruiting and placement efforts of our Building Products and Plastics practices. Michelle plays a key role in the success of North Coast and has been responsible for introducing many new approaches using creative and innovative techniques available in today's world of technology.
She is a Pacesetter award winner and a Certified Senior Project Coordinator.
Kaylin Mielnik, Project Coordinator

Kaylin is a Project Coordinator at North Coast. She was a Recruiting Intern and Internet Researcher before accepting a full-time position upon completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management at Notre Dame College in Cleveland, Ohio. She acquired experience as a Background Research Investigator at Carey Consultants where she was responsible for screening prospective candidates prior to employment.
Her competitive drive and commitment to quality showed as a scholarship varsity soccer player for Notre Dame College and continues in her role to identify the best candidates for our clients.
