People:We
know the people behind the resumes. Our staff learns about our
candidates’ personalities, individual circumstances, families, career
and personal needs, and goals in order to ensure that our client
companies hire the right candidates, at the right time, for the right
position.
Process:
We listen, learn and understand, then implement.
We
learn about our clients’ particular cultures, values and philosophies;
short-term and long-term goals; and profiles of successful people
within the organizations. In addition, we profile the position
responsibilities, problems that need to be resolved, preferred
backgrounds and experience of qualified candidates, and seek to
understand the career advancement options for your highest performing
employees.
Once this critical information is obtained, we
design a specific, targeted plan to identify potential candidates. Once
identified, we contact each on a personal basis and present the
opportunity, responsibilities and potential of the position. We
carefully examine the qualifications of potential candidates, their
preferred working environments and personalities in order to determine
if the candidates match our clients’ culture. We also consult the
candidate’s family regarding their support of a job change and
potential relocation. Once we have verified the candidate’s experience
through diligent reference checking, we evaluate the candidate’s level
of sincere interest in our client’s opportunity.

Short
lists of qualified, deliverable candidates are then presented to the
hiring manager and, in consultation, arrange interviews with the
desired candidates. We advise both the hiring manager and candidates of
key issues to be explored. After evaluating the interest level of all
parties and establishing the appropriate course of action and relevant
decisions with the hiring manager, we shepherd the process to a
successful conclusion, including assistance in constructing an
acceptable offer, resignation counseling, and transition counseling.
We maintain diligent follow up for one year after the start date to ensure the selection was the right one for all.
